Are you part of our mailing list?

Because if you are, then you know I didn’t do my homework last time because life got in the way. But this time, the odds are stacked in my favor in so many ways:

1. My niece is now healthy and well (modern medicine is a game changer!)

2. We have a 1-month break before season 2 of Detention comes around

So, I have plenty of time to read Life After Life!

Ashar & Allison choose Hard books for Season 2

Life After Life by Kate Atkinson

The Witcher: The Last Wish by Andrzej Sapkowski

The first book in The Witcher series. It’s a collection of short stories that introduce Geralt of Rivia, a monster hunter (or “Witcher”), as he navigates a morally gray world filled with magic, politics, and mythical creatures. The book sets the stage for the main series and includes stories like The Lesser Evil and A Grain of Truth, which twist classic fairy tales into something darker.
