Those of you who’ve been following Story Luck, have seen Kory May before, as he’s gotten to feature, come hang out as a friend to watch, AND he’s helped co-host. As such, we’re proud to announce, he’s the newest member of the Feedback Loop. As such he’s an ensemble member and producer of The Story Luck Show.
Kory May is a seventeen-year member of Toastmasters.
He’s participated in numerous storytelling competitions including winning a Moth Grand Slam.
For the past 1900+ consecutive nights, (that’s six years) he’s done a nightly extemporaneous microcast on Facebook Live.
He also posts the Word of the Day with Kory May on Tiktok and Reels.
As a two-time Distinguished Toastmaster, Kory embraces continuous learning and knowledge sharing, underscored by his impressive thirteen-time speech championship record in Iowa and his appearance as a five-time semi-finalist in the Toastmasters’ World Championship of Public
Speaking.
During the fall of 2023, Kory began the “Same Difference Podcast.” A unique look at race in America through a diverse lens of storytelling. Recently, Kory performed in the Des Moines Storytellers Project in Des Moines, Iowa, sponsored by Gannett News.
