Jenna Polk arrives on stage with questions too interesting to let go.
With a delightfully curious mind and an eye for finding wonder in the ordinary, she’s spent time crafting a story perfectly attuned for our Story Luck potluck Show. Jenna was a walk up teller at the last show, and the audience cordially invited her back again to feature August 16th.
Because her stories generate enough energy to sustain a community.
Here’s what we know about Jen Pea:

Mirrors show her reflection, and she can walk in full sunlight.
She never encountered gamma rays or radioactive substances, and she does not wear a cape nor fly, in the traditional sense.
She lives with her family in Chicago near high-voltage power lines. She spent enough time looking at them to wonder whether stories, too, generate energy. Perhaps enough stories, told by enough people to one another, can power and sustain whole communities. Her research is ongoing; additional fieldwork is scheduled for this evening.
Join us for an evening of unforgettable stories, unexpected laughter, and meaningful connection. Every Story Luck Potluck Show is a reminder that the stories we share have a way of bringing people closer together—and tonight, you just might become part of Jen’s ongoing field research.
