Deep listening is an active process. Fundamentally what you are aiming for is to understand what the other person is trying to convey. Often that means you will need to ask questions to help clarify and fill in any details that are missing.

The Myth of Consistency
I’ve seen people do the thing and fail.
I’ve seen people share 360 stories in 360 days and fail to have significant growth. Going viral isn’t guaranteed. Having a huge base of fans isn’t even likely.
One of the hardest things about posting videos as an early video creator is how much better you know it could be.
You're aware it sucks in video, in a much more gut wrenching way than when you post an undercooked piece of writing.
