Psychologists Can’t Read Minds, But They Tell Good Stories.

I have a confession.

When I was younger, I used to think psychologists could read minds. So secretly, I wanted to be friends with one so that they could tell me what other people are thinking.

Turns out, psychologists don’t read minds. Their skill is to help you read your own mind.

And the key to this trick? Listening with delight and being able to tell a good story.

Want to put my theory to test? Come witness it live on Sunday, October 12th at Theater Wit, where we’ll be featuring Kat Pleviak.
